An efficient photocatalyst was fabricated by assembling quantum dots (QDs) onto one-dimensionally-ordered ZnO nanorods, and the photocatalytic properties for Methyl Orange degradation were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence. The results indicate that the catalyst with assembled QDs is more favorable for the degradation than the pristine ZnO nanorods. The QDs with core-shell structure lower the photocatalytic ability due to the higher carder transport barrier of the ZnS shell layer. Besides its degradation efficiency, the photocatalyst has several advantages given that the one-dimensionally-ordered ZnO nanorods have been grown directly on indium tin oxide substrates. The article provides a new method to design an effective and easily recyclable photocatalyst.  相似文献

The submerged macrophyte Potamogeton crispus L. was subjected to varying doses of cadmium (0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 μM) for 7 d, and the plants were analyzed for subcellular distribution of Cd, accumulation of mineral nutrients, photosynthesis, oxidative stress, protein content, and ultrastructural distribution of calcium (Ca). Leaf fractionation by differential centrifugation indicated that 48-69% of Cd was accumulated in the cell wall. At all doses of Cd, the levels of Ca and B rose and the level of Mn fell; the levels of Fe, Mg, Zn, Cu, Mo, and P rose initially only to decline later. Exposure to Cd caused oxidative stress as evident by increased content of malondialdehyde and decreased contents of chlorophyll and protein. Photosynthetic efficiency, as indicated by the quenching of chlorophyll a fluorescence (Fv/Fm, Fo and Fm), decreased significantly, the extent of decrease being directly proportional to the concentration of Cd. Increased amounts of precipitates of calcium were noticed in the treated plants, located either outside the cell membrane or in chloroplasts, mitochondria, the nucleus, and the cytoplasm whereas control plants showed small deposits of the precipitates around surface of the vacuole membrane and in the intercellular space but rarely in the cytoplasm. Photosynthetic efficiency and oxidative stress could be used as indicators of physiological end-points in determining the extent of Cd phytotoxicity.  相似文献

针对爆炸过程反应机理异常复杂,实验检测手段对其认识匮乏的现状,综述了量子化学、反应分子动力学等分子模拟方法的特点及研究进展,分析了分子模拟技术在燃爆机理研究中的应用进展,包括量子化学方法对于燃料热解/燃烧、瓦斯等可燃体系爆炸过程的微观基元反应步骤、反应能垒及热力学参数的计算,以及反应分子动力学(ReaxFF MD)在含能材料、可燃混合气等复杂爆炸体系获取可能的反应路径及中间自由基变化的应用。对分子模拟方法在爆炸领域研究的应用提出了建议及展望,指出ReaxFF MD和密度泛函理论(DFT)相结合是一种研究复杂爆炸体系微观反应机理极具潜力的方法,借助先进的分析检测手段对模拟方法的验证及修正,能获取更准确、全面的微观反应动力学模型。  相似文献

为了寻找甲基汞神经毒性检测和评价效应指标以及探讨甲基汞神经毒性分子机制,对大鼠进行氯化甲基汞(MMC)急性暴露(对照组为0.9%生理盐水、暴露组浓度为0.05mg/kg),20min后对大鼠进行生理生化指标和即早基因的检测,大鼠大脑中枢神经系统的神经递质一氧化氮合酶活力采用一氧化氮合酶(NOS)测定试剂盒检测;自由基脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量采用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)比色法检测;即刻早期基因c-fos表达的变化采用免疫组化方法检测。结果表明,在暴露氯化甲基汞(MMC)20min后,大鼠大脑中枢神经系统的一氧化氮合酶活力、自由基脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量以及即刻早期基因(IEG)c-fos蛋白阳性表达数量都有提高。但其中一氧化氮合酶活力及自由基脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量同对照组相比没有显著性差异;而即刻早期基因c-fos的阳性表达同对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。据此可以推测,即刻早期基因能作为甲基汞神经毒性检测和评价效应指标,一氧化氮合酶、丙二醛和即刻早期基因在甲基汞神经毒性过程中具有重要作用。  相似文献

ABSTRACT: Pesticides in stormwater runoff, within the Sacramento River Basin, California, were assessed during a storm that occurred in January 1994. Two organophosphate insecticides (diazinon and methidathion), two carbamate pesticides (molinate and carbofuran), and one triazine herbicide (simazine) were detected. Organophosphate pesticide concentrations increased with the rising stage of the hydrographs; peak concentrations were measured near peak discharge. Diazinon oxon, a toxic degradation product of diazinon, made up approximately 1 to 3 percent of the diazinon load. The Feather River was the principal source of organophosphate pesticides to the Sacramento River during this storm. The concentrations of molinate and carbofuran, pesticides applied to rice fields during May and June, were relatively constant during and after the storm. Their presence in surface water was attributed to the flooding and subsequent drainage, as a management practice to degrade rice stubble prior to the next planting. A photo-degradation product of molinate, 4-keto molinate, was in all samples where molinate was detected and made up approximately 50 percent of the total molinate load. Simazine, a herbicide used in orchards and to control weeds along the roadways, was detected in the storm runoff, but it was not possible to differentiate the two sources of that pesticide to the Sacramento River.  相似文献

TiO2 and montmorillonite composite photocatalysts were prepared and applied in degrading γ-hexachlorocyclohexane(γ-HCH)in soils.After being spiked with γ-HCH,soil samples loaded with the composite photocatalysts were exposed to UV-light irradiation.The results indicated that the photocatalytic activities of the composite photocatalysts varied with the content of TiO2 in the order of 10%<70%<50%<30%.Moreover,the photocatalytic activity of the composite photocatalysts with TiO2 content 30% was higher than that of the pure P25 with the same mass of TiO2.The strong adsorption capacity of the composite photocatalysts and quantum size effect may contribute to its increased photocatalytic activities.In addition,effect of dosage of composite photocatalysts and soil pH on γ-HCH photodegradation was investigated. Pentachlorocyclohexene,trichlorocyclohexene,and dichlorobenzene were detected as photodegradation intermediates,which were gradually degraded with tlle phOtOdegradation evolution.  相似文献

In January and November, 1994, ten willets (Catoptrophorus semipalmatus) and ten black-bellied plovers (Pluvialis squatarola) were collected at a south-facing sandy beach at the North Island Naval Air Station (NASNI) and ten willets and three plovers were collected at the Tijuana Slough National Wildlife Refuge (TSNWR), 16 km to the southeast. Concentrations of 19 inorganic analytes were determined in the livers. Differences between sexes in diet or abilities to retain some analytes are indicated because male willets tend to have greater levels of Cd than females and male plovers tend to have greater levels of Fe, Hg, and Mn than females. Concentrations of Hg and Mg in willets decreased from January to November. If this decrease is a part of an annual cycle, then the birds may be acquiring those elements while at NASNI. The differences between sites shows higher levels of As and Se but lower levels of Mn in willets at NASNI while plovers have lower levels of Cu, Mg and Zn at NASNI. There were no correlations between Hg and Se concentrations in the livers of any sample group of birds.  相似文献

自然条件下使用LCA-4型便携式光合测定系统研究了栽培天天台山主峰华顶山的茶树连体叶片的光合日变化及光响应。结果表明:在初夏晴天,上年越冬叶片(下称二年生叶)的光合速率,表观量子效率,羧化效率和饱和光强比展叶红16d的一年生叶高,CO2补偿点和光补偿点比一年生叶低,两者的净光合速率日进程曲线均为“双峰”型,午间胞间CO2浓度上升表明,此时净光合速率下降主要受非气孔限制因素的影响。一年生叶蒸腾速率高于二年生叶,它们日进程曲线为单峰河,午间最高,而气孔阻力进间最低。不同时段作光响应和CO2响应试验表明,上午茶树的表观量子效率,饱和光强和羧化效率较高,光补偿点和CO2补偿点较低。图3表4参26  相似文献
